Breakdown of WallStreetOasis - HS/UGrad/Working/Unemployed?

Hi, Grinch here. New to Wall Street Oasis but have followed it in the past and you would be surprised how many people in the industry look at this website, whether or not they post.

I'm wondering if anyone has any information on what the breakdown on this website is, as far as what % are high school, undergrad, business school, finance professionals, or unemployed/out of school but looking for work?

My firm is considering starting a formal internship program and/or recruiting directly from undergrad. How does one post to the job board as well?
