Curious if anyone had views on the current buyside job market.
I am a >10 YOE SM HF analyst who has been looking for a job this entire year.
Seems like the LOs are virtually dead (other than a junior position here or there and fake postings that have been open for 24 months), family office is dead, and even pods are extremely slow.
Not sure if it’s me or the industry. I would have thought I’s have more luck at the pods.
