Career Options

After my masters I've worked for a MM IB firm (2-3 Yrs) & with an Endowment (1-2 yrs) almost about a decade ago, being the only child left, went on to take care of family & family business. Recently sold the business at a good valuation providing a substantial nest egg for the family. Looking to get back into a finance job that is not too demanding (IB,PE), as am planning to start a family and am felling a little burnt out at the moment. Experience includes corporate finance, Investment Management, a good audited record of investment results of family funds managed solely by me (Most of the performance can be attributed to bargain purchases from 2008 -2010 with value and quality tilt and a bit to trading commodities. Liquidated the entire portfolio in 2014). I am trying to get a feel for my options as I've been out of the game for so long and non existent network of finance professionals.
