Career Pivot

Hi, I thought I’d post here to get some advice on career paths. I’ve been working in real estate for my entire career (development, financing, investments and asset management) and I’m in a relatively senior position. I’m having to leave my company due to culture. I’m searching for opportunities and want to keep an open mind to other avenues in finance. While I have specialist degrees and designations in real estate I also have a Master of Finance and two levels of the CFA (which I’m not sure I’ll complete). I’m looking for something with a little more work life balance as we’ve just started a family and something that I can use my skillets and education on without doing too much additional training / education (some would be fine). Thanks in advance.
