Career that pays well with work-life balance

I am an undergrad who has recently decided to switch from becoming a doctor to a career in finance. I am looking for a career that pays $100k+ and that has a 40-50 (maybe even 60) hour work week. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Out of undergrad? Literally no where. There is a couple of private debt shops that's about 60 a week and pays 95-100k, but no 9-5 will pay $100k unless you have some insane talent.

I'm going to say within 3 years because y1 is not realistic at all.

==> Most types of b2b sales if you are good & in a lucrative space (tech sales guys can work 35 hrs week from home if you get the right job)

==> Higher end engineering roles Aerospace/chemical/etc. Rarely beyond 40-50 hrs.

I think that's it
