Citco career outlook

Can anyone explains to me some questions regarding this firm.

  1. Street Reputation. I've seen posts saying negative comments about their Canada office, but I couldn't find any details as to why is it bad. Could anyone explain?
  2. Career advancement opportunity? e.g. what's their FO/MO/BO equivalent team and role?
  3. Salary range seems to be fake on Glassdoor (e.g. 30-40k for a Analyst), at least on the Canadian side. What's the realistic range for an analyst and senior analyst at Citco?
  4. Exist opportunity? Say you work for them as an investment analyst, risk analyst, or equivalent roles. How is the exit opportunity for those roles?
