Comprehensive Headhunter Database

I've seen the WSO Recruiter Database and a few other resources provide some basic insight on headhunters here and there, but has anyone came across a more comprehensive headhunter database that includes like actual recruiter contacts (as opposed to info emails), more specific focuses, which firms they work with, what geos they specialize in, etc? And what are your thoughts on reaching out to HH as opposed to just taking the ones that hit your inbox? I keep hearing very mixed things on this topic.
