Constantly rejected after superday/interviews?
Is it common to be constantly rejected after a superday or after an interview? People tell me the resume screening is the hardest part and most superday participants get the offer. I've had superdays with JPMorgan, PIMCO, and interviews with Goldman, Point72, Bridgewater, etc., and I've been rejected every single time. I answered every question well in my superday, the interviewers tell me I did great and we had great conversations, but I didn't make it in the end. Is it normal to be 0-2 for superdays and 0-10 for interviews? Or am I doing something wrong I'm not aware of?
