CVS Health FLDP vs Morningstar Development Program

Hello,I have two offers that I am trying to evaluate.Offer 1: CVS Health FLDPSalary: 60kBasically your standard FLDP. Culture seems a little stale at CVS. Definitely not a trending company which makes me more hesitant. Rotation can include FP&A, internal audit, retail finance, medical economics, treasury, financial systems, accounting.Offer 2: Morningstar Development ProgramSalary: 55k + 5k BonusThis is not a FLDP. Basically with the MDP they start you as a customer service rep to learn their products as the first rotation, and then you can move into a more interesting role. Can do flex projects which is side projects helping different departments while in the first rotation. Good culture and relaxed work atmosphere. The customer service rotation sounds bad, but looking through LinkedIn they do recruit kids from decent schools with multiple internships, so I don't think it's as bad as it sounds.Which offer is better? I like the idea of working at Morningstar more, but it isn't guaranteed that I'd end up in a great role after my first rotation. However, CVS seems like boring company with a lot of middle management. Thoughts?
