Did I not get the job or was the guy just being british?
I had an interview today over the phone with a VP and a MD of DCM. I am from a target school that has a top business program, but I am a liberal arts major. It was for a summer analyst position. First interview went very well, then I was forwarded on to the MD. MD was british, and I answered all of the questions right. However, at the end of the call he said "I wish you luck on your search for experience and we will stay in touch regarding next steps", I don't know about you, but that doesn't sound good to me. I can't tell if it is the way british people word things (My grandparents are british) or I did not get the position. Should I even bother with thank you notes? If so, what should I say?
No clue, but I lol'd at that title
