Disclosing that deals on resume are "Potential" not "Closed"
I'm currently a 1st year Associate at a boutique bank. I'm updating my resume and planning on applying for associate positions in another country. My banks has not closed any deals in the last 3 years since I've been working there. I've done a ton of work on a variety of different deals, but all of them are still active.
How big a deal is it if I don't disclose that the deals on my resume are still active? The banks I will be applying to are in another country, so it is very unlikely that they will be familiar with these transactions.
Example:
$50 million sale of a manufacturer.
Vs.
Potential $50 million sale a manufacturer.
Also, If i go the route of not disclosing that all the deals are potential on my resume, should I BS as if the deals are completed during the interviews?
