Do banks have more than one super day?
Recruiting for SA 2026 here. Networked heavily at some banks including UBS and Santander but didn't get the first round or Hirevues. Will there be another round that I have a chance of getting or am I cooked?
They have more than one superday but generally things are on a rolling basis - especially if you haven't even gotten a hirevue/first round, I would assume you're rejected unless proven otherwise.
