Do MMs still have openings after standard recruiting ended?
What is the chance for a college junior/senior to make it into an MM full time after college if you missed the junior recruiting wave. Is it just a better idea to lateral or is it still realistic?
Almost 0, definitely as hard as recruiting FT for BB. Only shot would be LMM/regional.
Thank you, do you recommend finding smaller boutiques and trying to lateral?That’s what my plan has been but problem is I don’t know how to prep other than networking. for the bigger banks you have to do endless technicals but idk how deep these banks go for interviews
