Getting a Full Time Offer

Hi everyone, 

I know this is a stupid question but I always overthink these things. I have a WM internship at a BB this summer in their CIO or ISG office. I want to do my best to get a FT offer but what do they look at - is it going to be my performance when working this summer? Will they want to relook at my resume and transcript? My GPA when I got the offer was a 3.89 and I go to a semi target but my GPA has gone down to a 3.73 this semester because I had a lot on my plate but I am sure I will be able to bring it up to a 3.78 by the time my internship starts. While my GPA went down, I added 2 new finance orgs and a financial vice president position to my resume but I am scared they wont give me a ft offer since my GPA went down so much. Can this happen and if it does can I explain the circumstances for this happening? I know GPA isnt everything and I will be working very hard at my internship I just want some insight. I feel like they are not going to judge based off of my GPA but my performance as an intern but wanted to check.
