GPA in SA recruiting

Hi Guys, I'm an international student here. I go to a non-target and am a rising junior. I did network my way in to a few first rounds at EBs, didn't get anything out of it. I have a 3.63 GPA. What should I do to get a superday. Is my GPA an issue?
