Growth Equity Recruiting Advice
I am currently in an off-cycle process for a growth equity shop. I did my final round interviews last Monday and last interview a week ago (last Friday) with the Chief Talent Officer and was told by the firm’s HR that they want me to talk to another VP but we weren’t able together that scheduled last week due to her being on leave.
I have heard no updates from the firm at all this week and the only news has been through the headhunter that they want to give offers this week and are finishing conversations with other candidates. Given that it is already Thursday afternoon and I have heard nothing from the firm is this a bad sign?
