Health / Medical Screening

Background: soon starting my first gig at a large financial institution. As part of their screening process, they require me to disclose all health-relevant information (physical, mental, allergies etc.). My question is, whether I should to disclose all these things (e.g. going to the doctor in the past because of some stress). Could things like that affect my employment (e.g. I am not even allowed to start)?

I've not heard of this, but with ADA I doubt you can get the offer pulled. I'd be sure I read the fine print thoroughly so you don't perjure yourself, but I would only disclose current issues (I have asthma and have to carry an inhaler, I have a nut allergy so I need to have access to an epipen, I'm allergic to AOC tweets, etc.)

how the question is worded is everything. if they say "disclose every doctor's visit you had in the past 5 years" well that's pretty clear. if they say "disclose medical conditions you believe could affect your ability to do your job effectively" all they need to know about is if you have something like sensitivity to light, uncontrollable flatulence, or if you sneeze more than 3x in a row (autoding)
