Base pay is $30.00 overtime pay is $45.00 per hour of overtime worked. The contract says we are expected to work 60 hours each week. Does this mean the first 6o hours are paid at $30? After how many hours would I get overtime pay?

Does your contract say that you get overtime pay? Normally its fixed and they can grind you to whenever. Networked with someone from BofA Chi and he told me that things are super chill and slow at the time so he got to get off as early as........ 10pm.
