Help with Interviews

I am going to be blunt; I am great at all the technical questions/brainteasers/current events/macro trends, but am horrible when it comes to behavioral/fit questions. I have been getting critiques (need to smile, seem enthusiastic, work on posture, slow down on speech, be more articulate, etc.), but would like to hear some advice.

This is a two question post: 1. Any tips or tricks that worked well for you on behavioral/fit questions? 2. Which banks focus mostly on technicals during the interview?

Edit: I have read almost every guide on the market, so please don't suggest "read a guide" unless it's lesser known.

Speak at a slightly slower pace, it will make you more coherent and let you think about what you're saying. Lean forward a lot, don't fold your arms, EYE CONTACT, don't need to smile excessively but definitely don't frown.
