Second @maytayo. Bigger scope / brand name, better opportunities post-IB, etc. Suppose devil is in the details and could depend on what group at DB - i.e, if get stuck in an industry you loathe or ECM/DCM team when you're more interested in M&A. Same is true for industry team at HL, although you'll be primarily focused on mid-market M&A. Cultural fit could potentially be a persuading factor too. However need to ask yourself what you're goals 2-3 years out are and pick whatever position/firm best positions you for that
