How does diversity recruiting work
If someone just marks black gay etc. do they get bumped or do they need to do insight programs?

Context, I do hiring as part of my work stream within my role.
It’s more that we need to have a diverse slate of applicants and if we do not, we need to wait or repost the requisition. Not that it’s an auto bump but if we have 15 white males, we need to think about adding other people to the pool
