How to ask/reach out for an interhsip?
I am a current junior searching for an internship and am leaning towards wealth management and real estate positions. I have gotten some interviews and even went through to several superday's but haven't had much luck so far. What are your thoughts on reaching out to local wealth management firms for a possible opportunity? Morgan Stanley and UBS Wealth Management both have family run offices really close to my college campus and I have been considering reaching out to them for an internship. Should I reach out to the MD at the branch or an analyst? And should I send an email or go in person? Thanks in advance for any help and advice.
P.S. I'm a student at a semi/non-target SEC school.
