How To Attack Talking With a Recruiter

Recently an upperclassmen, who has had far more experience than I, gave us the name of the top HR director at a AM firm and recommended to connect with her.

I've talked to a couple bankers now but have never talked to a recruiter. Are their standard questions that recruiters like hearing from possible recruitees? Is there a specific mindset you should have when networking with a recruiter vs a banker?

First of all, you don't want to attack a recruiter. You want to interact and be social talking about what is legitimately about the job. Just the regular technical questions and weird questions. Here is an example, if you had to be a kitchen appliance, what would you be and why?
