How to Crush an Online Superday?

With a plethora of super days approaching in the coming months and the possibility that companies could resort to online super days (e.g zoom, skype, etc.), what would you say are the keys to crushing your online super day?

How would you approach this? How do you stand out in a good way?

I am someone who thrives on in-person conversation, so how do you replicate the intimacy of an in-person conversation over video chat?

I've done a few online super days. It might be hard to do but honestly treat it like the person is physically in front of you. Your approach should not change. I like to ask the interviewer questions about stuff outside of finance right away and you should treat it the same way for in-person or virtual

Look directly at the camera, not the screen (looks like you're looking down)

Make the interviewer full screen if possible

Take note of your posture and body language, the same as you would in person

Most importantly though, mock interview with your friends on Skype or Zoom and get comfortable talking to your computer. This is an unusual way to interview and it's awkward for the other side too.
