How to Use Headhunters

Hi everyone,

A quick question. I apologize in advance for it being a stupid and naive question. Just wondering what experience people have had working with headhunters to get jobs in the field of finance? Looking to start using them to line up interviews before I graduate next May, and wanted to hear any advice you guys might have on the subject.
