HR forgot to send me a form to sign as a part of my offer...

I signed an offer last spring for an IB SA role in a BB. At the time, I was only given the offer letter to sign(HR also ghosted me afterward when I asked questions/follow ups). Onboarding and background check just started and HR is now asking for this additional addendum (which was outlined on the offer) but it was never sent to me...

How should I interpret this situation? HR ghosted me again after I emailed back saying I was never sent an additional addendum to sign. Would rly appreciate some insights ://

How long ago did you ask them about it? If it's been over a week, just write back one more time and say, "Hey, I still haven't received the adendum that you mentioned. Please send it over, if you'd like me to sign it. Thanks"

If they ghost on that email, just let it drop. You signed the offer so you are set. These HR recruiting types are useless and not particularly diligent. If you've emailed twice with no response, the ball is no longer in your court. I wouldn't stress about it.
