IB Summer Internship Gone Wrong - Feeling Lost

Hello monkeys. I'm using a throwaway account here to keep anon.

I interned as an Investment Banking Summer analyst at a respectable MM bank, and due to the stressors of the role and trying to receive a return offer, I spiraled out of control mentally and almost landed myself in a psychiatric facility. Furthermore, I did not receive a return offer because of these circumstances (again, I will not give a detailed description of what happened to keep anon).

I come from a family with a long history of mental health disorders, and I am afraid that even if I interview for other full-time IB roles (which will be harder to get since I did not convert), I will be unable to do the job, even though I do enjoy the work.

I do not know what to do, in all honesty, and what roles I should even be applying for. The job market right now sucks, and mentally I am still trying to recover.

I am open to any advice on what roles I should be aiming/applying for and how to perhaps spin my peculiar situation in a positive light during interviews. Any encouragement/advice that I can get is appreciated. I feel completely lost as if everything I have worked for the last three years has been completely pointless.

Thank you for reading this and for the help.

EDIT: I know IB out of the question now. And I am not going to apply for those roles.
