In need of advice

Hi all, I'm currently unemployed after getting laid of from MM TAS as a 2022 campus hire a couple of months ago. My goal always was to break into IB and I've been applying to some small boutique investment banks for the past couple of months. Just got rejected from a super day for one of the boutiques and not sure where to go from here. I can't go back into TAS/FDD since no one is hiring someone with 1 year of experience in this market, and IB is very competitive. I could go into audit I guess but there aren't a lot entry level positions open for B4 in the short term. Is it worth to keep trying for IB in this market? Just not very sure where to go from here.
