Indicating keen interest in only one team in cover letters

As the subject suggests, I'm curious about how people feel about indicating a strong interest in a specific team in cover letters.

In my case, I'm more interested in product groups than coverage groups, with a particular interest in Leveraged Finance. I've networked heavily in the division, and will definitely be name-dropping the relevant people when possible, but I'm concerned that saying I am only interested in one team will come off as closed-minded and not open to other experiences.

Thoughts?
