International student opportunities?

I graduated with a Master’s in Finance from a non target university in the New England area (3.7GPA). I have a bachelors in Accounting and Finance with a couple of years experience in wealth management. I’m currently interning at a Hedge fund here as a Trader. No CFA. I am an international student which sometimes means that companies reject me outright. Even with me not putting this information in job applications and information interviews for referrals, it seems like I have no opportunities at all. My current firm is not going to sponsor my H1B visa and I have a 3 year OPT.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
