Interviews without networking
How realistic is it to expect interviews at places you didn’t network at considering you applied the day it opened?
Have a good GPA and at Wharton/Harvard/Yale
I’ve gotten 4-5 interviews with 0 networking. Matter of luck in some cases

Strong GPA alone doesnt matter. Anecdotally have seen people with 4.0s and strong internship + on-campus experience getting interviews without networking, but it’s very rare. Even if you get the first round without networking, making it through to the offer without someone pulling for you is pretty hard
