Job Market
Job market question: For those actively looking right now, what is your evaluation of the current job market? I’ve been looking for mid/senior roles. From my perspective it’s cooled. Late rounded for 2 roles, only to be declined immediately after negotiating offer. My view is I’m not asking for anything outside of market. In the midst of another interview process currently, and it seems they are “slow playing” me. These three situations make me think companies are being very choosy and waiting for the right candidate at the right price, and not just the right candidate. Anyone have any other thoughts/intel?

Absolutely. And have been trying for more than 8-9 months. Also what are the best ways to reach out companies or find jobs now? Aside to Linkedin and a few named HH?
