Job serch help

Hello monkeys,

I graduated college with a degree in finance and a shitty GPA (2.9) I’m struggling to find a job at a normal firm. I’ve had 2 jobs after I graduated. One with some brokers that read off a script and sold corporate bonds to anyone who would buy them with no purpose but make money. Now I’m with some guys that make me fill out the same documents every single day for KYC. Im on a deployment with the military and thought this would be a great time to transition to another position, I get to 1st round of interview and then get rejected. I don’t know what I’m missing. I’m getting paid like 50k and all I’m looking for is the same pay in a company that offers growth within the company. When I say growth I mean a company that has a structured way of getting promoted. I just don’t know where I should be applying or to what position.
