Last Interview - How long to hear back?

I had my last interview for the final round, what is a reasonable amount of time I should wait before sending a follow up to HR?

Two weeks, unless HR gave you a different timeline on the call.

As someone who’s been on both ends of a superday process, i can tell you that the decision is often times made on that day, if not within that week. If you don’t hear back in a couple days or a week, it’s likely you’re on a waitlist. That said, you still follow up with HR about a week after, just to show your continued interest and enthusiasm.
