Lateral to upper MM / BB FT from Small Boutique Intern

Hey all, next year I'll be a senior in college and really need some advice (please read 🙏). I go to a semi target school (non diversity) and am completing my second IB internship at a small boutique (IB group has around 20).

I'm looking to lateral to an upper MM / BB FT because I honestly really like the commotion. For both of my internships, I've always been the first one in and last one out and am addicted to honing my craft. I'd say with confidence that I could nail down 95%+ of technical questions that would come up in a standard analyst interview.I have past internships in PE / VC and am currently studying for my SIE (looking to pass it in a week or two). I'm also going to network hard this summer and will be getting coaching, my resume reviewed, and my LinkedIn reviewed. I found out I wanted to do IB too late my sophomore summer and missed the deadlines for all the big firms but still want to make it.

If anyone has any advice, I'd love to hear it - even if it's something general such as FT recruiting. Thanks!
