I received an email to fill contact information in.
Haven't received any communications from other than the contact form.
Can anyone clarify if I receive a phone interview will I be notified before they call or will I be contacted without notice?

I heard back last week with notifications last week that I would be contacted by various groups for which divisions I applied for.as well as had to fill out a survey link. Heard on Oct 15th

did you apply to S&T or Banking or both?
Didn't the application require you to select 3 fields? I chose IB, S&T, and research. I already had my ib interview and my research and S&T interviews are upcoming.

Hold up, so were you able to indicate only one field of interest when you applied, say banking only? I got the impression that you had to select three fields, ranking them in order of preference, 1-3.
I chose 3 fields and have not been contacted by any as of yet. I also go to a non-target school with a 3.7 GPA.
I had a phone screen with JPM this past Friday. However, there was no mention of Launching Leaders in the email so I don't know if this was a screen for the normal S&T application I submitted.
What were the questions asked in your phone interview?
I had a phone interview today for S&T, I'm a 25 year old Air Force Veteran who is actually at community college but hey i got the experience i guess thats why i got the phone call interview. they asked me if we are in a bull or bear market, my opinion on if the fed will raise the rates or not, a brain teaser, i had to talk about working in a team environment (USAF experience made that easy), and i had to give a sale pitch on something i personally like.
I received an email this morning for S&T, phone interview tomorrow.
Anyone have advice on how to properly prepare for it? general S&T interview or is it more fit, why J.P. Morgan?
It has equal components - asks about what's your take on market, how's the american economy, what markets do you follow, what desk interest you, how to invest $1000000, what's risk.. and behavioral are more situational like tell me about a time...xyz

Is it bad that I haven't heard back yet?
It was the most involved phone screen I've had. I applied to the S&T program and they still asked me how I would value a business/walk through a DCF.
Do you guys know if candidates who are invited to the superday will have interviews for their three fields of preference, or just their top choice? Because I'd only really feel prepared to answer IB questions and wouldn't want my interviews in other fields to hurt my chances.
What seriously is up? I also applied to IBD but got interviewed for S&T - I'm having a hard time understanding this
Weren't you suppose to select your top 3 areas of interest? So maybe you did IBD, S&T and 1 other one?

Really can't tell since it differs school to school. You should touch base with your campus recruiter, and if you do not have one, you should probably reach out via email. I know they're a bit disorganized when it comes to this time of the year; so don't worry too much.

I was told it was pretty quick. About a week
Had a phone interview on Tuesday, it went pretty good. Mostly fit questions like, tell me about yourself and tell me about a time... etc. Also, how would I invest $10000. Had one technical, how would I go about valuing a book store. Said I would hear back in about a week. Checking my email every 5 mins tho, lol

I got the invite for IBD as well this afternoon. For anyone who still hasn't heard back, maybe you could try logging into JPM to check your Launching Leaders application status.

Though I had first round interview, mine still says that application being reviewed.
So I heard back and got the superday, but I got it for S&T while IBD was my preference - do you think I should touch base with the recruiter?
Has anyone been contacted for a mock interview?
I think there must have been something in your application that indicated to them that you will make a good fit for S&T. I believe that is what happened with me. I indicated that I want to work on a coverage group but got placed in investor services and I think the main reason for that was because I completed an internship at another firm where I was placed in investor relations. I am going to leave it as is. They said they are very open to having you move to different areas of the bank but I will try investor services first.
