Leave New Job In Less Than A Year

Thoughts? Did the Analyst -> Associate jump at a previous firm. Now a PM at a bigger spot. But a place I previously interviewed (my #1) with is coming back with a offer now even though I’ve started somewhere else. Does everyone under 30 get a mulligan for having to sadly dip out. I know it’s a terrible look but I’m just looking to see if anyone else has had to do this, what were the repercussions and etc.

Are you having second thoughts and regrets from working at the new place or is the offer from the prior place of employment that much stronger?

I would say do what is in your best interest but to leave now (especially given that you have a few years of experience) would be burning bridges that could reverberate. It is much easier to make a quick exit from a new role earlier in your career as your looking to figure things out. Do you have time to consider the offer?
