I have a Finance degree (masters) from a target university, multiple internships in a big4 and I always wanted to work in IB or AM. Unfortunately I was not able to find a job in the industry straight out of university, which lead me to accepting a role in insurance. Can you give me any advice on how I can still make the transition?
