Likely won’t get a job in IB, so what should I aim for?

Long story short a few things in my personal life led to me transferring out of a t20 to a non target after my freshman year, and then subpar academics after that. Current junior, 1.5 semesters left, no internships.

Yes i shoulda done things differently, trust me, i know. Realistically, what can I do so that I don’t end up selling insurance the rest of my life?
