Title speaks for itself. I got a PE offer doing growth equity and curious what the peanut gallery thinks. Would you rather be hybrid remote (2-3 days in person) and have a 1-hour commute each way for the days you are in office, or would you rather be fully in person 5 days a week with a short commute (~15 minutes)

The latter for sure. My commute is 30 min each way and only doing it bc free rent. The extra 90 minutes on the days you work in office will really drain you
