Lying about GPA
Hello. Subject speaks for itself. I was curious to know if this can really even be caught. Are jobs allowed to get my official transcript from my school? If they ask me to send a transcript whats stopping me from sending a fake one. I understand this is prolly a bad idea but I cant help but thinking about doing it. Anyone care to share what they asked for in their background check?
Yes many jobs will ask for your official transcript. They were not born yesterday, an official transcript has to come directly from your school or the transcript clearinghouse, you emailing a PDF won't work. Otherwise it is considered an unofficial transcript.
