Mentally tired cs staff, currently job hunting - any advice/motivation?

Hi all, I don't know who to share this with.

I am currently working in CS and I am really tired mentally of everything that is going on for months now. Since the announcement of a buyout, it felt like a relief at first of finally knowing and we have been told to basically start applying elsewhere.

I just got rejected from a firm I really want and suddenly it really feels too much to bear for the mental turmoil happening for months, all while seeing CS on the news everyday.

Job market isn't good (I know there are some gems). I have been applying everywhere but have not even gotten interview requests. I have also reached out to recruiters who have mostly ignored my message on linkedin or called me just to let me know that have no leads because of hiring freezes.

I am not sure what am I expecting writing here. Motivation maybe? I am just really tired at this point. Today is one of those days where it is particularly hard to move on when I have applied for almost all the jobs posted online - both large firms and boutique.

I consider myself a hard worker but honestly it feels like nothing is paying off. I just don't know what to do or how to move forward... I am trying my best to still lead a balanced life and workout but nowadays I really do not feel like it.

Is MBA really the only way out now?
