Mentioning ADHD during a job interview?

I am a law student (UK) hoping to break into investment management or trading. My second year results were terrible because I had depression caused by undiagnosed ADHD. I am now doing well in my final year (Got a 2:1 for my first semester) but I'm afraid my 2nd year results might drag me down to a 2:2. If I am asked to explain my grades, should I mention it but spin it in a "obstacle I had to overcome" context? I don't intend to use it as an excuse, I would like to highlight how I had to rebuild my routine and most of my life from scratch etc. If this is a bad idea, are there other ways to explain bad grades? I have decent work experience (both in a law firm and hospitality) and packed extra-curriculars.

I don't think you should mention ADHD. I also have neurological issue, but don't feel that mentioning it is appropriate.

Rather than addressing it in a "obstacle I had to overcome" section, I personally approached it by working it into my resume, "Licenses and Qualifications: Series 63, Vyvance 60mg, Series 79, Adderal IR, SIE." So far it seems to that being very strait-forward about it in my applications was respected, both Moelis and Jefferies would not have put me through accelerated hiring processes if it weren't, both seemed to have a lot of pride in building a culture that would accommodate my disability during the accelerated hiring process.
