I have the option of getting a five year BS and Masters. The BS is in quantitative finance, and the Masters would be in Financial Engineering. Would spending the extra year and getting the MFE increase my chances at getting an offer at BB S&T, HF, or even top prop trading shops?
MFE is top tier 2 if that makes a difference.

I'm assuming this is at Stevens. Look elsewhere for an MFE. The placement stats at Stevens are weak at both the masters and bachelor's level. Do some searches on linkedin and see how many Stevens Quant Finance and MFE graduates are working in back office/ops roles or unemployed.
You are correct about Stevens. I'm fine with BO or MO if that makes any difference. Eventually I hope to go to M7 for an MBA.
An MFE makes sense look at CMU, Berkley, NYU, Columbia, how is your GRE/GMAT/GPA?
If you're a sophomore, you might want to try to just get into S&T as an intern this year or next, and do a rotation in structured products. No reason to spend money on an extra degree if turns out not to be necessary for your career goals.

I am a last semester student of EEE. My undergrad cgpa is 3.64. I have good knowledge of programming, MATLAB and mathematics. I have a capstone project and multiple research paper. 4 years ago, when I got into college, I choose EEE because my maths and analytical abilities were good. Now, I am interested in studying Financial Engineering. Can I apply right away or do I need work experience? How much do I have to score in the GRE?
Many, if not most, MFE programs do not require work experience.
Work experience is just a bonus, not a pre-requisite. Aim for a perfect quant score and a decent verbal score.
