Mid Tier firm with varied exposure or Big 4 with Transaction Advisory only (due diligence)

I have two offers but having trouble choosing: I have an offer from Grant Thornton offering exposure to valuation, financial modelling, IM preparation and due diligence on a small to medium size entity scale. I have an offer from EY offering exposure to due diligence (buy side and sell side) only.

I have 5 years experience working in Audit, and a Development bank and I ideally want to get into banking, recognised corporate finance house or M&A house. Which one should I go for?
