Naming and Shaming Ghost Job Postings

I have been applying for buyside jobs for the past year and am frustrated by ghost job postings. Naming and shaming firms for spending over a year supposedly trying to fill a role. Please add others.
Lazard – Equity Research Analyst, US Industrials
DS Advisors – Portfolio Manager
Wellington – Research Analyst, Growth Opportunities (GrowthOpps)
Franklin Templeton – Research Analyst, Multi Sector Small-Mid Cap Value
Have you considered that some of these could be due to the firm being required to post a job listing (despite not needing to fill the role) due to h1b?
