Need More Fidelity Information

Hi apes,

Please forgive me as I am rather new to WSO and still learning the ropes. Anyways, a bit about myself. I am a rising college senior at a T-50 school in the US (still a non-target). I have some solid internship experience, good grades, and networking abilities. I am currently on the search for job opportunities post-grad next May. A mentor/friend reached out regarding a potential gig at Fidelity. This individual is pretty well-respected there and climbed the ranks quickly. He mentioned that he could put me in touch with a senior VP (Fid. Consulting) for a chat, and he could also put me in touch with VPs in other departments.

I am very passionate about equity/market analysis, and I could certainly see myself in consulting, ER, FP&A, and even S&T. Bottom line, I am looking for more information regarding each department's daily duties, hours, salary, prestige, exit ops, etc. I would ask this mentor, but I don't want to sound like a total buffoon. Anyways, any information helps, and as always, feel free to roast me. Thanks for your time.
