Networking calls during internship?
SA-ing on the buyside at an LP, realized its not what I want to do. I've been trying to network with people in IB, but most of the people I've reached out to prefer calls during afternoons when I'm still at the office. How do people go about networking during an internship without being too obvious? Stepping outside for a "coffee break"?

You can probably book conference rooms on your floor, thats what i did. That will give you the privacy you need. If asked about it, say you’re talking to alumni
