Non-Target Internship Decision

Hey guys, just looking for some advice on making internship decisions for the summer. I'm a junior at a non-target school that has consistent but small representation on wall st. I have 3 possibilities, not all of which I have received offers from yet, and I am trying to make my final decision before I respond to any of them (not interested in rescinding). I'm leaning towards accepting the 1st offer but also concerned that it might hinder my path to finance. I'd really appreciate any insight or advice!

1) I received an offer from a large, reputable insurance firm in a paid risk advisory/underwriting intern role that I need to respond to pretty soon.

2) I'm in the process of scheduling an interview at a small broker-dealer as a summer analyst (unclear until the interview whether it will be paid). I got the interview through an alumni and am fairly certain I am the only candidate, so I'm pretty confident I would get the position. I'm doing my best to have this interview before I need to respond to the insurance firm.

3) Another alumni has guaranteed me that they would have me as an unpaid intern at his "non-traditional" broker-dealer. They are essentially making this position for me, so I'm not sure how much hands-on work I would be doing here. I am certain I would get this position, I have just yet to visit the office to solidify it.
