What's the typical wait time after an associate superday until you hear back with a final decision? For example, if I have a my superday in the morning, should I hear back by the afternoon?

While you should realistically still expect to hear within 24-48 hours (with offer chances getting lower by the day) unlike on-cycle recruiting even if it takes a bit longer I don't think its a bad thing and logistically it takes a bit more time as the firm tries to bring in other candidates before making a final decision
When I did off-cycle associate recruiting I got two offers (UMM/MF) and both took about a week to get back to me.
